Vejthani Hospital hereby announce that we will destroy documents regarding Patients’ Illness History, X-Ray Films, Heart-Ultrasound Result of the Out-Patient Department and In-Patient Department of Vejthani Hospital that have not been followed up with our Hospital for the duration exceeding 5 years between 1994 until 2010.
